Cookies and stored data – talking to Bibberbot
This website uses the IBM Watson Assistant service, which stores the conversations of the chatbot named “Bibberbot”. IBM also stores the IP address of the user. IBM and me, the owner of the site, have access to these stored conversations. You can read about the information security of IBM Watson Assistant here: https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/assistant?topic=assistant-information-security. The data is only collected to improve the service. I am mapping new stored user input to dialog intents, just to make the bot smarter. I will never share any stored data with a third party. Since there is no login for chatting, I can only distinguish users by the name you provide to Bibberbot. So if you want to stay anonymous, do not use your real name. Besides the explained maintenance of the chatbot, there are no further analytics/cookies/trackers in use.
